"To be continued. We are just starting our water remediation project so the pump isn’t completely covered yet. Giorgi and his assistant spent about 10 hours here on a Saturday working on our job: new well, pump, and about 6ft of French drain in case we need to expand. After a few days we noticed an issue with the drain line which he showed up after hours on a weeknight to fix. He also found a couple of leaks from our washer and the fridge drain line that both run to the pump line drain. He fixed them free of charge. Giorgi offers fast service. He was by far the best price point for the job we discussed. He gave us multiple options but ultimately went with a plan another plumber gave us. He gave us a way better offer that the other did. He was also very thorough when explaining what he did and what he would do if he needs to follow up. Recommendation: this was a very messy job. He did not use drop cloths so we had a lot of cleanup to do the next day. I explained that he should use drop cloths to cover the floor and he thanked me for the feedback. Hopefully we see the drop cloths on his next visit."
