Emergency Gas Water Heater Replacement
Same-night replacement of a leaking 50-gallon tank with rigid copper supply piping and a new gas shutoff.
Real Project • Sewer Line
📍 Bensalem, PA — Bristol Pike
Severe tree root intrusion was causing sewage backflow into the basement.
Project Details
This Bensalem sewer project began with a serious drainage problem caused by heavy tree root intrusion inside the main sewer line. The blockage had become severe enough to restrict normal flow and cause sewage to back up into the basement.
Drain State first performed a high-definition sewer camera inspection to locate the obstruction and evaluate the condition of the line. The inspection confirmed significant root intrusion inside the sewer pipe and showed where the line needed to be cleaned.
To remove the obstruction, we used a 4000 PSI hydro jetting system equipped with a cutting nozzle designed for heavy root buildup. The line was thoroughly cleaned to remove the roots and restore the usable interior of the pipe.
The service restored 100% flow through the sewer line within approximately 2.5 hours. The completed work provided the property with a clear, functioning sewer line and was backed by a 1-Year Clean Pipe Guarantee.
